Grand Rapids Township Transportation Project

The Advocates for Senior Issues, in partnership with Disability Advocates of Kent County, is working to create a connector bus route from the Meijer store at Knapp’s Corner to the many businesses on this 2.5 mile stretch of the East Beltline.  This bus route will run between Bradford St. and 3 Mile, creating greater accessibility to health services, childcare, restaurants, and cultural attractions.  The pilot will initially run Monday through Friday from 7am until 6pm.

If you would like more information about the pilot or would like to become involved, please contact Tom Appel at tappel1864@aol.com.
